Virtual Virtual Boy Privacy Policy

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Virtual Virtual Boy ("Application") for mobile devices that was created by Simon Gellis ("Developer").

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect user data or store it on servers owned by the Developer. However, data may be collected by Google Inc. ("Google") and shared with the Developer. This data collection is governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.

The Developer may use this provided information to contact you regarding updates to this Privacy Policy or other urgent information that demands your attention.

In the event of a crash, the Application will create a crash report and send it to the Developer. This report includes information about the device where the Application crashed, but not enough to identify the user. This information is used to fix errors.

What are my opt-out rights?

You may opt-out of this Privacy Policy at any time by uninstalling the Application at any time. You may use the standard uninstall process as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Note that even if you opt-out of this Privacy Policy, you may still be subject to the terms and conditions of the Google Play Terms of Service. Those terms are enforced by Google, not the Developer, and may have a different opt-out process.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Developer will inform you of any changes to this Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
